Asclepias speciosa
Showy Milkweed
$0.00
Showy clusters of dusty pink, star-shaped flowers beloved by native bees and other pollinators. One of the few native milkweeds in our region, showier than the rest and thusly named. Spreads by rhizome and self-seeding, and can grow quite large so it needs some space. Dies back completely in winter; can be slow to emerge in spring. Full sun, dry to moderately moist soil.
