Privacy policy

We collect the minimum amount of data needed to get your plants to you: we don't sell or share it for marketing, and we don't run it through analytics or ad-tracking pipelines beyond what's baked into the platform we use. If that ever changes, this policy will change first.

What We Collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to complete it:

How We Use It

We use this information only to process and fulfill your order: to contact you about pickup/delivery, confirm order details, and send order-related updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use it for anything beyond fulfilling your order.

Third-Party Services

Our store runs on Shopify, which processes payments and hosts our checkout. Shopify collects and processes some customer data as part of operating the platform (e.g., payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics). This happens independently of us and is governed by Shopify's own privacy policy. We don't control what Shopify does with that data beyond what's needed to run our store.

If we ever add other third-party tools (email service, shipping carrier, etc.), we'll update this policy to reflect that.

Data Retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle any follow-up questions, and meet basic recordkeeping/tax requirements. We don't maintain a marketing list or use your contact info for anything outside of your order.

Your Rights

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file, request corrections, or ask us to delete records that aren't needed for legal/tax purposes.
