Refund policy

No returns or refunds once plants leave our property. We ensure our plants are in excellent health when you pick them up. We are not and cannot be responsible for their condition after leaving our property.

To cancel ordered items, contact us before pickup and we will remove the items from your order and issue a refund.

If you are picking up your order and are not satisfied with items in your order, simply leave them in the pickup area and we will remove them from your order and issue a refund.
